Windows going in

The scaffolding should come down tomorrow and be moved to the chimneys. Then hopefully we can make the chimneys watertight. The view is amazing. We need to finish off with boarding and insulation to make it warm. Jill has started picking and pointing it.

The crate/ shed has had its second coat  and is looking good

A bit of sorting was done in the attic and Jill found a big box of 78's.

We got our quote, finally , for solar panels so we should be able to work on that now.

This evening we had a quick local bird/ mammal watch. The seal spent ages on its back blowing bubbles. We had lots of gulls and some waders at Melby and a lovely young hare on the way home.
